SWH DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is the Authorized Distributor and Service Center of Spectra in Singapore. 

We are located at 2 Jurong East Street 21 IMM Building #05-19/20 Singapore 609601. Opening hours from 11am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).   

 

Order & Payment

  • Customers are deemed to agree to the following conditions once orders are placed and confirmed.
  • ALL price listed already include the 5% PayPal / Credit Card charges.
  • For interbank transfer, please transfer your payment to OCBC Account Number 595-082603-001
  • No refunds will be made if no discount code is entered for Interbank Transfer.
  • For cheque or payment through other banks, order is only confirmed when payment is reflected in the account.
  • Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for out of stock items to arrive.
  • No cancellation once payment had been made unless item is out of stock.
  • Please indicate when checking out, if the item is meant to be a gift.
  • NO RETURN POLICY. ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.

Shipping

  • Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days after payment is received.
  • Please refer to the shipping methods listed as below for the charges and timeframe.
    1. Self Collect - Free and no further discount available. Please call 6993 8695 to arrange.
    2. Courier Service - Top up $8. Done by in house courier to ensure 100% quality of the product and courier can be arranged via mobile once payment is received. FREE for order > $80.
